We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:

• Account information:your email address and display name when you sign up.
• Game telemetry data:gameplay events sent by the Rolumin SDK from your Roblox games, including player join and leave events, purchases, errors and custom events you choose to track.
• Usage data:which features you use, when you log in and general interaction data that helps us improve the platform.
• Payment information:handled entirely by Stripe. We never store or see your card details.

• To provide the Rolumin platform and all of its features.
• To generate analytics, AI insights and recommendations for your game.
• To send important account emails:billing receipts, security alerts and service updates.
• To improve the platform based on how people use it.

We never sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

When you install the Rolumin SDK in your Roblox game, your game sends telemetry data to our servers. This data includes Roblox user IDs and gameplay events for players in your game.

• We store this data on your behalf to power your analytics dashboard.
• We do not share your game's player data with any other developers or third parties.
• Player data is deleted when you delete the associated project.
• As the game developer, you are responsible for disclosing data collection to your players in accordance with Roblox's developer policies.

• All data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
• We use Supabase for database storage and Vercel for hosting:both industry-standard services with strong security practices.
• Access to your data is limited to your account.
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

• We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required for the platform to work.
• We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Rolumin uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe:payment processing
• Supabase:database and authentication
• Vercel:hosting and infrastructure
• Anthropic Claude API:AI-powered features and insights

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share data with them as necessary to provide the service.

• You can export your data at any time from your account settings.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• You can contact us to correct inaccurate information about you.
