Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rolumin you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform including developers on free and paid plans.

Rolumin is an analytics and developer tools platform built for Roblox game developers. We provide telemetry tracking, AI-powered insights, economy simulation tools and team management features.

Rolumin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Rolumin.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key and account credentials secure. Do not share them publicly.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You may not use Rolumin to:

• Send false, fabricated or misleading data to our APIs.
• Attempt to access or extract another user's data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or systematically copy the platform.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Abuse the AI credit system through automated or scripted requests designed to exhaust credits artificially.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.

• By installing the Rolumin SDK in your game you agree to send gameplay telemetry to our servers for the purpose of providing the analytics service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your game's players are appropriately informed of data collection in accordance with Roblox's developer policies and applicable laws.
• We store your game data to provide the service and do not use it for any other purpose.
• You retain ownership of your game data. We process it on your behalf.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an issue.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• Downgrading or cancelling your plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• AI-powered features are provided using Anthropic's Claude API.
• AI outputs are suggestions only. Always review AI-generated insights and recommendations before acting on them.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
• AI credit limits apply per project per billing period depending on your plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour or otherwise harm the platform or other users. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Rolumin is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform including but not limited to:

• Lost revenue or profits from your Roblox game.
• Game performance issues arising from SDK installation.
• Data loss due to technical failures.
• Decisions made based on analytics or AI insights from the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
